Refund Policy
Please read this carefully before making any payment on Spyrochat.

How Payments Work
All payments on Spyrochat are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. When you add a new card or make a payment, the transaction goes through our payment provider's secure infrastructure. Spyrochat does not handle raw card data directly.
Because of this, any refund that occurs on a card payment is processed and governed by our payment provider's refund process, not by Spyrochat. If a refund is applicable, it will be initiated through our payment provider and returned to the original payment method used.
Storage Subscription
We do not offer refunds for storage subscription payments. Once a billing cycle has been charged, that payment is final and non-refundable regardless of usage.
Switching to a lower storage plan
If you are currently on a higher storage plan and want to move to a lower one, you must first cancel your active subscription. Once cancelled, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that period ends, you can subscribe to the lower plan and you will be billed at the new lower rate going forward.
You will not be charged for the lower plan until your current billing period expires. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days on your current plan.
Upgrading to a higher storage plan takes effect immediately. You are charged straight away, but only for the difference. The amount you already paid for your current plan is deducted from the higher plan's price, so you only pay the remainder for that billing cycle.
Account Verification (Tiers)
Verification payments are non-refundable. When you pay to verify your account at any tier, that payment covers the cost of the verification process itself and cannot be reversed once initiated.
Switching to a lower verification tier
If you are on a higher verification tier and want to move to a lower one, you must cancel your current subscription first. After cancellation, your current tier remains active until the end of the billing period. Once it expires, you are free to subscribe to a lower tier.
No refund is issued for the remaining time on your current tier when you cancel.
Upgrading to a higher verification tier takes effect immediately upon successful payment. Same as storage, you only pay the difference. What you paid for your current tier is subtracted from the higher tier's price and you are charged the remainder.
Cancellations
You can cancel any active subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
Your access to the subscribed plan or tier continues until the end of the period you paid for, after which it will not renew.

For disputes related to card transactions specifically, since payments are processed by third-party providers, resolution may involve our payment provider's support team as well.
